We built MindForge from experience delivering training, improving onboarding and developing enterprise software.
That experience spanned food and industrial production, hospitality, diversified international businesses and education. It also included developing learning programmes and curricula alongside consultants and subject-matter experts.
The work behind MindForge covered the full training process: creating programmes, delivering them on site and remotely, and preparing employees and partners to apply what they learned.
Before MindForge, Semir’s work combined training design, delivery and software implementation. He helped develop training solutions across 40+ companies, involving 5,000+ people and 300+ locations, alongside hands-on experience creating programmes and delivering training on site and remotely.
As a manager, he built an internal sales network spanning regional managers, branch managers and branch teams. He also trained and motivated people across hundreds of partner companies to sell the company’s product. Across these roles, the challenge was to make training consistent and useful for people working in different locations, with different responsibilities.
Among those earlier projects was an LMS implementation for Skroz Dobra Pekara, which he co-led with Miljan Dimitrijević. The work covered software development, deployment and training materials for the Serbian bakery business, which combines production with an extensive retail network.
In an earlier project involving MindForge’s founder, changes to training, processes and software helped reduce the reported time to readiness from four months to two.
That experience shaped the approach behind MindForge: organise the instruction, give people opportunities to practise and check their readiness for the role.
Higher standards and new responsibilities demand new skills. We built MindForge to make that development part of everyday work, bringing our training experience into one platform. AI made it possible to reduce content preparation and offer learners support whenever they study.

Larisa is an executive coach, mentor and TEDx speaker with 20+ years in leadership and professional development. Miljan founded Adriatic Business Academy and brings 25+ years in management, consulting and training. His work spans sales, retail operations and team leadership. He also co-led an earlier LMS implementation with Semir, combining software and training materials around the needs of a business.
Research & health education
Jasmina is a medical doctor and published researcher with a PhD in molecular biology. She contributes to the educational framework and programmes at Vitality360, translating complex science into practical guidance. Her experience brings a focus on evidence, clarity and understanding to professional education.
